This is to confirm that the planned talk by P&K Waste Awareness team will go ahead on Wednesday 15th June at 6.30 at the cathedral.
Niamh Anderson will be there to advise us about the latest Do’s and Dont’s of recycling the waste that we all generate. She will also be able to help us with queries about the safe disposal and possible re-use of many other items and materials. If you’ve long been wondering what to do with polystyrene, bubble wrap, orange nets, garden fleece or old paint tins you’re in very good company. And if you’ve a box of old cables, chargers or dead computers lurking in a cupboard you’re certainly not alone. So do come and join us on 15th June and encourage friends and family members along too; the more the merrier! If you have an example of something whose disposal you’re unsure about please just bring it with you and hopefully we shall have our questions answered.
