Fr Ross Stirling-Young is Convenor of the Diocesan Global Partnerships Committee and also represents the Diocese on the Scottish Episcopal Church’s Provincial Global Partnerships Committee.
The Global Partnerships Committee seeks to encourage and strengthen relationships between our Diocese and the wider Anglican Communion, particularly through our companion links with the Dioceses of Calcutta in India and Amazonia in Brazil. The Committee helps to keep these relationships alive through prayer, communication, mutual learning, visits and practical support, while encouraging congregations across the Diocese to engage with the worldwide Church.
Ross is always happy to hear from individuals or congregations who would like to learn more about our global partnerships, explore ways of becoming involved, or share ideas for developing this work within the Diocese.
The Committee also welcomes expressions of interest from anyone who may be interested in joining and contributing to its work.
