Leslie Francis and Andrew Village work both as Christian theologians and as social scientists. Their two recent studies concern the Resilience in Ministry Survey conducted among over 500 Church of Scotland ministers, and the Coronavirus, Church & You Survey completed by over 10,000 participants.
