This workshop, designed for women of all faiths and beliefs, will focus on developing women’s leadership through strengthening identity, purpose, and confidence. It will look at the importance of women’s leadership, dynamics and interactions within and between genders, and developmental relationships and experiences. Professor Susan Madsen will share research-based insights, examples, and tools that will guide attendees in strengthening their influence in all settings and especially in times of crisis. A mix of engaging presentations, small group discussions, and activities will provide opportunities for attendees to learn, share, and reflect. This workshop will also challenge participants to reflect upon their own developmental journeys and provide ideas about ways in which to continue to strengthen their own leadership capabilities and help other women do the same.
