The Royal School of Church Music is holding a Come and Sing event kindly hosted by St John’s Kirk in Perth on Saturday 1st June.

The aim of the event is to experience some of the music from the RSCM’s Festival Book for 2019 – “Where Can Wisdom Be Found?”, hear a little more about the RSCM’s work in Scotland and conclude with shared worship at 4.30pm lead by Rev John Murdoch, Minister of St John’s Church in Perth in which we will sing some of the music learned earlier in the day.

We would like to encourage as many people as possible to join us for an uplifting afternoon of singing. Participants do not require to be a member of a church choir as we know that numbers of active church choirs are dwindling.

The costs will only cover the hire of the music and a small donation to the work of the RSCM in Scotland.

Anyone hoping to join us should register for the event by emailing me at lorraine@rscmscotland.org as this will ensure we have sufficient music and even more important sufficient cups of tea!
