The SALI (Sustainable Agriculture Livelihood Innovation) Project works with farmers groups, training members in farming techniques and assisting in the marketing of produce. Previously, crops were planted in an ad-hoc manner but following SALI’s training planting is now more ordered and crops are rotated, improving the quality of produce and increasing yields.
