The Diocesan Environment Group is organising the showing of the People's Emergency Briefing film in four of our churches across the Diocese, one in each of the Area Councils: St Luke’s, Glenrothes, 7 September at 7pm; St John’s, Perth, 30 September at 7pm; Saint Andrew’s, St Andrews, date TBC; St Andrew’s, Callander, date TBC. The film draws people’s attention to the impact of the climate and environment emergency. Introduced by Chris Packham, scientists and/or academics speak about their speciality. Between each topic, Jennifer Saunders’ dark humour lightens the heavy atmosphere. All welcome to attend. ... See MoreSee Less

This is a terrace overlooking the gardens of Falkland Palace in Fife.O God,who called Saint John the Baptistto be both in birth and death the forerunner of your Son:grant that, as he was slain for truth and justice,so we may boldly resist corruption and vice, and receive with him the unfading crown of glory;through Jesus Christ, our Lord, who lives and reigns with you,in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, world without end.Amen. ...
